Eagle Scouts

Elijah Duke working on his Eagle Scout project at The Harbor. Elijah plans to to build several benches for the facility. His hope is that will help provide much needed rest for visitors coming in from assistance. The Harbor has contributed so much to the local community through education and resources, including a hydroponic garden that produces fresh vegetables.
